As a result, the number of 4-Star Hydro characters remains limited even after the launch of Fontaine.

Bethesda’s long-awaited Next-Gen Update for Fallout 4 went live yesterday, adding free Creation Club content for all players and native 4K support for Xbox Series X/S and PS5. A lot of changes are coming to the Power system of Destiny 2 when The Final Shape expansion makes it debut on June 4.
