Kev Butcher's Knives

Right firstly I will let you know I am very angry so apologies if that comes
across in my message. I am a very good player of Fifa 12 and went to play
online tonight only to have Fifa complain that I do not have an online pass
for the game :

Now I bought this game brand new and have therefore given Micro$oft the
money for the online pass from DAY ONE!

I really do not know what Micro$oft are playing at on this one - now if I go
back to the dashboard and delete the current pass then download it seems to
work but does no work if I simply overwrite. I am concerned as I have had
to do this several times and a good friend of mine Simon advised me that the
online pass is usually around £6 so my concern is AM I BEING CHARGED EVERY
TIME??

What exactly are Micro$oft playing at on this one are they doing this
purposely in the hope of turning their games into a very expensive arcade
machine at £6 per play. I'm afraid to say that this is quite simply
unacceptable.
As if it isn't enough that I am paying £40 per month for this service that I
am NOT GETTING Micro$oft also feel the need to change their service into
some kind of 'pay per play' service without so much as a letter to inform me
of this.
Another thing that really annoys me is that my friend who owns a PS3 says he
never experiences such issues.

As this awful service which I am simply not getting continues Micro$oft seem
to be giving me more and more reasons to switch to the console I should have
purchased a long time ago, the PS3.

Any advice would be much appreciated if you would like to add me on the
xbox, my games tag is butchersknives (was previously blunterjet )
