Paul Heslop

I bought a three month cheapo at the new year and it says I have it
set to auto renew, which I didn't but it is set to do that. how the
fudge do I stop that from happening?

ah, it's okay, after reading you could remove it from the web site and
finding you couldn't I rang them up and cancelled it.

You can alter it from auto-renew on the web site but seeing as you have
already sorted it.............

yeah, it says that in a few places but others including myself
couldn't find a way to alter it, it was just a word rather than an
option. they did say if I had a month's card or anything I could use
that to stop it but I didn't have one. they were okay about it though
speaking to foreigners when you have a cold and part deafness is never
fun.
