Install it. It dont need anything extra just install and open sa-mp icon which will come on your desktop after you installed it

then you will find a _/ mark on top colored orange click on it
it will ask you to give the ip then in it type

ye thats it )) click ok then right it it wil add a server in your fav's
double click on the server walla you are done
and connected to server ))
