Default New Tuesday A-Z - 'H'

Haven't played:

Headhunter (DC/PS2) - Or its erstwhile sequel on the Xbox. I have every
version and every port on the strength of Sega's involvement, but I can't
recall that I've put more than five or ten minutes into any attempt. I do
remember that American game sellers were worried about the fact that the
EU market was getting games that that US market wasn't, and what it meant
for the long-term survival of the Dreamcast platform.

Hexen (SAT) - I'm sure this was a port of a PC FPS, but the Saturn disk is
the one I know about for certain. I honestly have no idea what the story
is or if the game is worth anybody's time.

Heir of Zendor (SAT) - Some sort of SRPG? I get the feeling that I might
have spent a whole day with this and then forgotten about it. I suspect
that I bought it on the strength of its Koei development roots.

High Grenadier (TG16) - I can't even remember if this is a CD game or a
HUCard game. Some sort of JPN-region danmaku shooter, maybe? Knowing me,
there's probably an RPG element in there that I never got around to
exploring. My word, TurboGrafx games were expensive back in the day.

It has nice propaganda style posters during the load screens.
The game itself is OK.

Doom with wizards, I think? And no boomsticks. So probably better to
play Doom.

I've avoiding mentioning any current gen releases but I am sure in years to
come I will have more to add to the not played pile (I'm looking at you Red
Dead Redemption, Mass Effect, Uncharted, Fable 3 ....)

Anyhow back to the letter H only 2 titles for me.

Half Life 2 (Various)

I completed the first game on my ageing PC but the 2nd game crashed on me &
I've not been back to it since.
Hmm Orange Box Xbox 360 ...

Heroes of Might & Magic (PC)
I just never got the appeal of this western attempt at a strategy rpg, the
eastern shores of Japan ruled the genre. Although I do note that the recent
years the tide is changing ....

Another started and not finished 360 game. I blame achievements for me
not finishing this one as I got obsessed with not missing any as I
played it and got fed up of it. I should just ignore them and play
through it once with a free mind (which is what I usually do nowadays).
