I was playing box set catchup tonight with my Good Lady. We were watching
Season 1 of Sons of Anarchy. I was struck by a weird cultural overlap.

I'm watching a Aryan Nation gang called the 'Nord' and finding them
objectionable - I'm handling that well.

Then I'm suddenly Nord and I hear a lot of chat in Windhelm about the
Stormcloaks fighting to defend the Nords from others.

Jeebus, it turns out I'm a Nazi Nord Supremacist and I hadn't noticed!

I envy you just starting Season 1 SOA is one of the best US TV shows in the
last few years.

Re; Skyrim I have left that quest line well alone because I hate both
parties
