----- The Stay Awake Game (RL) Five hours sleep since Thursday. Woo! FEEL THE BURN. Cycletron 4000 (RL) 17 miles over the weekend. Not as many on Sunday as I'd have liked, but 1) it was chufing cold, and 2) see the Stay Awake Game. Still, did 6.4-ish miles in my old 4.7 mile time, so that's pleasing. After cycling daily for 15 days, I now have new legs. These ones are HARD with MUSCLES. The ladies can't stop stroking them. Super Mario 3D Land (3DS) Not as much as I'd have liked, but completed another couple of worlds. It is very, very good. Well worth 22 miles ![]() Crysis 2 (360) Started off meh, went AWESOME, fizzled out at the end which was far, far too easy. No end boss? No end massive battle? Just punch a few guys in the face and enter a tunnel - that's it?! Pff. Still, it was fun overall, and I'm glad I played it. If I hadn't seen it for £7 I doubt I ever would have done. Wario Ware Inc. (3DS) Completed last night. Far easier than I remember it being, although I did need multiple tries at doing Wario's games. Really is a lot of fun though. Want: ----- Batmang/Skyrim/Mighty Switch Force/Mutant Mudds/VVVVVV. Bin: ---- Daughter being ill and keeping us awake for several days. She's only got a cold, but it's enough to keep us up. Sigh. Expense: -------- £22 on Mario so far this year. 90.76 miles cycled so far. 68.76 miles remaining. deKay -- Lofi Gaming - http://lofi-gaming.org.uk Gaming Diary - http://lofi-gaming.org.uk/diary Blog - http://lofi-gaming.org.uk/blog My computer runs at 3.5MHz and I'm proud of that |

It's not a fighting game with an action RPG attached to the side like all the other entries, but completely the other way around. The action RPG is the main content, and it's through working your way into the narrative that all the other characters and costume options are unlocked. I was worried that it would end up being a Virtua Fighter 5 imitator, but it's doing so many new things that I can't accuse it of that. The game totally won me over when I thought I had started to tire of the cut scenes, but then we had a situation where Nina and Jin were conducting a conversation in two different languages. Jin spoke in Japanese, Nina in her California English, and the two understood each other perfectly. That's my first indication that they were having a lot of fun making the game, more so than with any of its predecessors. This is my new nightly diversion. Super Runabout: San Francisco Edition (DC) - I suspect I would have been more thrilled about this ten years ago. I never did get into the driving mission genre (Wreckless and Driver come to mind) so I'm not really hip to what works and what doesn't. That said, I suspect that it's a flaw that Super Runabout has a penchant for putting mission goals in places where you can barely drive. Unless there's some button that allows me to get out of the car to go wandering down the alley to pick up the hot dog bun. I'm somewhat less enthusiastic to go hunt down the two Playstation prequel games, but I'm still sore that the one set in New York wasn't available in the States. Star Wars Invasion (PSX) - Whee! Commander Worf is giving me orders... to fly through the tutorial navigation rings very, very, very slowly. Press R2 to accelerate? I am pressing it. Why am I moving at the speed of trench warfare? Well, I've spent $5 on dumber, more boring games. PC SRPG under NDA (PC) - Pre-release review impressions going up on the website shortly, I hope. >Want: >----- Felony 11-79 and Runabout 2 (PSX) - The two previous Runabout games. I have no idea why the first one got a different name, except that almost every odd niche Playstation title seemed to have gone through some sort of dumb-ass renaming when the first localisation efforts ocurred. >Bin: >---- Old Xbox 360 (360) - I dug up the old packaging and put it all back inside, just to save space. I'm surprised at how much crap they jammed into that original launch box, and that there weren't more defective units due to shipping trauma. >Expense: >-------- Balance forward - $200 50 Cent Bulletproof: G Unit Edition (PSP) - $11 Dungeons and Dragons: Eye of the Beholder (GBA) - $4 Guilty Gear Judgment (PSP) - $7 Ultra Bust A Move (Xbox) - $3 Total year-to-date - $225 -KKC, who hopes the THQ bankruptcy rumours are all false. -- -- "Step 8: Make a list of all the persons I | kendrick have harmed, and file them alphabetically | @io-nyc.com for ease of reference." | - David Javerbaum, "The Last Testament" | |

After half an hour Derek told me he had reached a 'dead end' and could not do anything to remove the rogue password reset info. He suggested I raise a question on windowslivehelp.com as apparently there are no real people you can talk to about Windows Live account issues. I've done this and am still waiting for a reply. He also suggested I just create a new Windows Live account and move my Xbox Live account to that. I've done that too and the associated email address will be used no where. I think it's time I put a complaint in writing as I'm pretty pissed off with how this has been resolved. Quite how Microsoft could release my Windows Live account back to me with the hijackers info still in the password reset details is a mystery to me. Blox Roll (Android) Good move your block around puzzle type game. I've 3*'d the first 19 levels but its got hard all of a sudden. I might be struggling. > > Want: > ----- > Xbox Support to be less shit. Jelly Defense (Android) I seem to have had an epiphany and completed lots of levels that I couldn't get gold on before, thus opening up more new levels. Hooray! Boom Boom Rocket (360) Wow. Despite my not having any of my old save game data, for some reason all my high scores and unlocks were still there.
