Skyrim (360)
Bored now. Want to start and finish the main quest, so I can move on to another game. Level 43, mastered (100) in Alchemy, Smithing and Enchanting. One handed legendary glass ax wielding Breton. I find that with all legendary glass armour (self mined, self smithed, self enchanted), one handed enchantments (+60% now), I can tank anything. I just cast heal in the left hand constantly, and hit things with the big ax in the right hand. Not exactly a Breton play style you might think, but dragons are easy. Spell resistance sees to that. It's just not a challenge any more (Adept difficulty). My healing restores health and stamina almost more quickly than I can use it up. I've been farming giants for fun. And mammoths. About the only things I find hard to kill are deer, and slaughterfish. Forza 4 (360) A bit, probably. Jelly Defense (Android) The remaining levels I have yet to play are all unlockables, with requirements to 'gold medal' some other levels, all of which seem impossible to get gold on to me. Still, I'll try, a bit. Boom Boom Rocket (360) Looking forward to trying this again. I wonder if there are any more levels/sound tracks since the last time I played it. That's it. |

This about sums up my feelings, although I'm a one-hit-kill archer rather than a tank. Still, there's no Bethesda game that we can't collectively figure out how to min/max to death. I may try to play through the civil war plot this weekend, but I wouldn't bet the house on it. Super Runabout: San Francisco Edition (DC) - How did I not know that this was A) a Japanese game developed by Climax, and B) a mission-based adventure that plays like Crazy Taxi crossed with the first GTA? I need to go plugging holes in the Dreamcast collection more often. And I need to find a VMU with some free space on it. And the two prequel games that came out on the Playstation. Something else on the 360 (360) - I'll feel silly if I don't put this new hardware to use. Likely I'll give another one of my recent purchases a go, although Two Worlds II is more likely than Resonance of Fate. I wonder if more reliable hardware would make Divinity II run any better? -KKC, strongly considering calling in sick. -- -- "Step 8: Make a list of all the persons I | kendrick have harmed, and file them alphabetically | @io-nyc.com for ease of reference." | - David Javerbaum, "The Last Testament" | |

Possibly because both Lydia and I could OHK the mobs at the time I did it. Good to have it resolved though. |

I did pretty much the same with smithing and enchanting, and yeah, it really does get to the point where you can just stand in front of a dragon and smack them with the back of your hand. The main quest isn't all that long really, so you'll likely only need a couple of evenings. I think most of the stalling in the main quest is because of the need to get somewhere you've never been, or because you keep getting turned to ash. With a well-travelled, level 43 tank, you're unlikely to hit that issue. For me: The Adventures of Tin TIn (PS3) - Feels a bit like treading water, but there's genuinely nothing out at the moment that's floating my boat, so I'm going to try something a bit vacuous, but hopefully fun. Back to the future part 1 (PS3) - Got the complete season free with plus so might give this a go over the weekend. LOTR:WITN (PS3) - Another level or two of this in co-op tonight with a mate. Still fun. Still spending most of my time in the inventory screen equipping newly found loot. HOTD: Overkill (Wii) - This was cheap in blockbusters the other day so I grabbed it. I've played the first level up to the boss, but I've yet to actually play it. The flow of the game is excellent and the various visual effects almost have me forgetting I'm playing it on a wii. |

> > Skyrim (360) > > Bored now. I'm not bored of Skyrim (PC) because I've hardly played it in the past few weeks thanks to Star Wars: The Old Republic (PC). While I'll be mostly concentrating on my main character, I've also started a new one on a PvP server where guild mates from LOTRO have decided to settle. However there is a possibility of getting some Skyrim in or maybe Dead Island (PC). -- XBLA/PSN/Steam/Raptr: merseymal Malfra the Imperial Agent Operative of Wolverines (Luka Sene, EU, SWTOR) Byrodir the Human Champion of Moria Defenders (Snowbourn, LOTRO) |

Phone MS to tell them they are shit (IRL)
Hackers security details have still not been removed from my Windows Live account. Only in Microsoft land does a delete all security details button not do what you want it to do. I think I'm going to write an official complaint letter about this as how fucking stupid can they be to leave a hacked account instantly re-hackable. For now I shall call them at the weekend and try and get it sorted as the email I wrote appears to have gone into a hole despite the email I got from them saying I could reply to it. FFS. Red Alert 3 (360) I sort of half started this and got half way through the tutorial. Quite fancy something different and this has been on my backlog for a looooooooooooooong time. Aporkalypse (Android) Need to start finishing games I start. On level 19 of 30 I think so will try and make some progress. Excellent puzzler game with pigs. -- WCZ |

Well done, congrats, good man yar! ....Whatever you do, don't start changing your gaming times/ routine anytime soon or she'll sniff it as a weakness. Even if she currently enjoys watching you play videogames/ sometimes joins in/ understands you need some time off to yourself sometimes, that'll change once she has that ring and she may look to have you change your attitude to gaming too, so the important thing is, if anything, to STEP UP your gaming frequency. DO NOT FALTER! Not now!! NO MAN LEFT BEHIND! See you on the battlefield later on! ![]() -Kevin. |
