Default PSN+ subscription

The free games you get every month do you only have 30 days to play them or
are they free for the length of the subscription?

Also is there any way of signing up without using credit card? Like the 360
sub scratch card?

Free as long as you subscribe. I like the discounted ones better,
they're available to you even if your PSN+ expires. If your sub lapses,
you get the games back again if you re-subscribe later.

Sure, get PSN cards in the same way. The PSN works on a wallet system
with real money, so get a (e.g.) £20 PSN card, add it to your wallet in
the PSN store, then use your wallet funds to buy PSN+. Or anything else.

Your PSN+ will auto renew if you have sufficient wallet funds, but not
if not.

Oh, and I usually get my PSN cards with instant e-delivery from
gamepointsnow. Not cheap, but fast and (so far) reliable.

Unless stated otherwise, as long as your subscription is live, you can
play any game that you have grabbed as part of your subscription.

When your subscription lapses those games a become unplayable until you
resubscribe.

You don't automatically get games that are on PS+ when you have a
subscription, you have to at least add them to a basket and check them
out. If you don't do this and the next month comes round, you won't be
able to get the free games you missed.

Yes, there are. Both officially available in large denominations (I
think it's £35 and £50) and available over the counter as a code on a
reciept from Game or Gamestation in denominations that are multiples
of £5 (or at least you could a couple of months ago).

Three months at a time is what I do. Don't know if there are shorter
ones available.

I find the cloud saves invaluable, and superbly implemented, IMO. It is
the main reason I maintain a PSN+ sub. I might change my mind if my
overall PS3/PSN usage declines with the new box in the house.

My best PSN+ freebie has been Burny-P. I still fire that up from time to
time. Plus, because it's a download game, no finding and swapping discs.
Hooray! It's like being on the Wii, only with better graphics and a
working control system.
