Currently free it's another online turn based app with 7 different games
and an ELO system.

I have it and am, as usual, SomethingWitty if anyone fancies a game of
something. Nice little package it is, too. Played a couple of games of
Connect 4 last night, and Backgammon is going to be a long term winner, I
think.

Do you know how to play Ludo? Backgammon is like that.

And Reversi is just Othello with a yank name

My first time trying it out, don't know why an occasional piece will go to
the middle of the boards & why sometimes I get only two die thrown but the
opposing players get four?

Reversi is fine, got the hang of that.

If you've only one piece in a space, it can be landed on and "taken", and
sent to the middle of the board. You then have to roll to place it back in
a free space.

If you roll a double, you get twice the roll. So 2x4 is actually 4x4.

You need to move all your chequers to your home board. Once you've done
that you need to bear them off. The first to do so wins.

Single chequers can be hit and sent to the centre bar. You must move the
chequer off of the bar using one of the dice thrown on your next turn
(if you can).

This page summarises it (ignore the stake bits). It's pretty easy to
pick up the game and the tactics required.

I've also got it now so HaggisHunter is the name to invite. Not had a
chance to play any of the games yet but I do kinda know the rules (apart
from Backgammon)
