A day late, a dollar short. A pound? It's never been clear to me if that saying works with other currencies if it doesn't alliterate. Elan Doree (SAT) - An interesting fighting game, whereby your anime fantasy combatant also has a mount. Some rounds are therefore not settled with punches and kicks, but with dragon breath and gryphon bites. I have yet to play it. El Dorado Gate (DC) - It says something about the popularity of the Dreacast in its native Japan that Capcom was confident enough to release a seven-disk RPG serially, with each chapter focusing on a different main character. I own chapter 3, but I'm not the type of gamer to enjoy a translation and walkthrough printed out in my lap as I hit the A button over and over again. I really hope this shows up on a localisation list some time soon. -KKC, whose space bar is mysteriously malfunctioning. -- -- "Step 8: Make a list of all the persons I | kendrick have harmed, and file them alphabetically | @io-nyc.com for ease of reference." | - David Javerbaum, "The Last Testament"

The new weekly thread was *your* idea. Do what you did last time andjust let the posts build up for a month or so until you get time to respond to them all. ![]() -KKC, a drachma short? -- -- "Step 8: Make a list of all the persons I | kendrick have harmed, and file them alphabetically | @io-nyc.com for ease of reference." | - David Javerbaum, "The Last Testament"

Don't know if this is an E or an M Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind I've got it on the PC, with loads of expansions. I got it on the original Xbox. But I just couldn't get into it. I think I've put maybe at maximum an hour into it. Strange then, that I took to Oblivion like the proverbial duck. Hakk |

news:7LudnSvnl_7s1pnSnZ2dnUVZ_hadnZ2d@giganews.com ... > My selections Elder Scrolls (PC) - Considering how many Elder Scrolls games have been released & none have grabbed my attention. When Oblivion was released I had enough of games set in a medieval setting. But skyrim has grabbed me by the balls & is dragging me along its adventure filled story. I recently purchased the 5th Anniversary edition of Oblivion & may yet get round to playing it? 1994 The Elder Scrolls: Arena 1996 The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall 1997 An Elder Scrolls Legend: Battlespire 1998 The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard 2002 The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind 2002 The Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal 2003 The Elder Scrolls III: Bloodmoon 2003 The Elder Scrolls Travels: Stormhold 2004 The Elder Scrolls Travels: Shadowkey 2004 The Elder Scrolls Travels: Dawnstar 2006 The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion 2006 The Elder Scrolls IV: Knights of the Nine 2007 The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles 2011 The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Eternal Darkness (Gamecube) - Once a title mentions horror in the description, that is enough to put me off. Earthbound (SNES) - It never got a friggin PAL release & I was buggered if I was going to pay another £60 for a US import game. Enemy Zero (Saturn) - Came with loads of game discs but just looked like another horror..esque title? And there you have them ![]() -- gospvg [..getting old and still playing video games..] http://www.gospvg.com |
