It was probably me. But as an economist I'm more likely to have said that
it was *unlikely* to drop in price very quickly ...

My main justification was that my DS Lite was on the way out so I needed a
new DS anyway.

And I easily had £100 of enjoyment from it in the six months before the
price drop!
