Must have missed LA Noire but I'll soon be hearing the gentle thud of Epic Mickey, Monkey Ball 3D and Fable III on my doormat. Thanks for the headsup I rarely go anywhere near Play these days since it's nearly always cheaper and more convenient on Amazon. Carl. |

I can't buy from Amazon any more, as they use HDN/Yodel and as a result I don't get my items. deKay -- Lofi Gaming - http://lofi-gaming.org.uk Gaming Diary - http://lofi-gaming.org.uk/diary Blog - http://lofi-gaming.org.uk/blog My computer runs at 3.5MHz and I'm proud of that |

Amazon.co.uk is where I buy almost all my stuff these days. Very good service overall I think. For such a high-profile popular retailer they're surprisingly cheap & efficient and their customer service is almost faultless (points lost only for making me surf through many options before I could "Contact" them with a direct message instead of having to select from a series of pointless pulldowns -they sorted my problem immediately though once I did). -Kevin. |

Well, the company they use for (some of, but there's no way of knowing) their deliveries make it impossible to use them, as they're utterly, utterly shit. Case in point today, in fact. Wife ordered something from Halfords last week. Turns out it's "delivered" by HDN. Chased it up today as it should have been here by now. Tracking number says they put a card through the door today. Lo - there is no card. HDN won't speak to us until we have the reference number. Which is on the card. Utter fucking cunts. So that's Halfords we can't use now either. deKay -- Lofi Gaming - http://lofi-gaming.org.uk Gaming Diary - http://lofi-gaming.org.uk/diary Blog - http://lofi-gaming.org.uk/blog My computer runs at 3.5MHz and I'm proud of that |

You should definitely contact Amazon and let them know you're not using them because of this (if you haven't already). Everyone here in the UK should -and get all your friends to do it too. Bad service shouldn't just be ignored, it should be broadcasted. As should good service -and I'm happy to do both. ![]() -Kevin. |
