Don't let the demo put you off - it drops you into a section a few hours
into the actual game IIRC, by which time you would be more skilled at
using the weapons and more aware of stasis powers to slow down enemies.

It's a brilliant game. I can't recommend it highly enough. It isn't pant
wettingly scary IIRC. It is very nicely judged difficulty wise being
quite tricky in sections and requiring careful use of weapons but is in
no way irritating. Looks good too.
